Ultrasonic sensors are mainly composed of a transmitting part, a receiving part, a control part and a power supply part.
Among them, the transmitting part consists of a transmitter and a transducer, and the transducer can convert the energy generated when the piezoelectric wafer is vibrated by voltage excitation into ultrasonic waves, and the transmitter will transmit the generated ultrasonic waves;
Receiving part consists of transducer and amplifier circuit, the transducer receives the reflected ultrasonic waves, due to receive ultrasonic waves will produce mechanical vibration, the transducer can be converted to mechanical energy into electrical energy, and then by the amplifier circuit to amplify the electrical signal generated;
The control part is the control of the whole working system, firstly control the transmitter part to transmit ultrasonic waves, and then control the receiver part to judge whether the received ultrasonic waves are emitted by themselves, and finally identify the size of the received ultrasonic waves;
The power supply part is the power supply device of the whole system. In this way, under the action of the power supply and under the control of the control part, the transmitter and the receiver both work together to fulfil the required functions of the sensor.
